Principles with an action plan for system development and maintenanceactive learning environment in Slovenian higher education

The publication was created within the framework of the DECAP - HE project, which is co-financed with the funds of the Norwegian Financial Mechanism 2014-2021 and the corresponding Slovenian participation.   Project Design for increased competence through active participation in higher education (DECAP-HE) were co-designed partners from five institutions whose focus and area of ​​work is directed in different directions. In this way, we managed to find a lot good connections and interweaving of content and areas. Partners in to the project were: The Student Organization of Slovenia, which represented interests and voice of students, Chamber of Commerce of Slovenia, which represented the interests and voice of employers, Kristiania University A college that set an example and was an example of good practice, The Pedagogical Institute, which acted as an advisory body and provided methodological assistance and Alma Mater Europaea University, which connected all partners and was and will be a bridge between students and employers and between theory and practice.
